For the production of aspheres we use state-of-the-art CNC machinery and measurement techniques. Single production steps are in short:
CNC-machinery and our manufacturing process enable us to produce high quality aspheres from a plethora of materials in a very short time.
Asphere production is carried out by grinding and polishing using CNC-machinery. We use standard optic machinery which are modified and networked by our control system.
For the measurement of aspheric components both tactile as well as interferometrical systems are used. Our equipment is compliant with the current world standard.
Quality assurance is a very important part of our production process. Every single production step is automatically recorded - from the incoming components to the pre-delivery inspection.
For the asphere production and for our coating facility we use the most modern (CNC-) machinery and measurement technique.
